Warranty Policies

Brand New Product Refund Period

If a Distributor or Dealer wants to return the new product, they must contact Valor Multimedia within 5-15 business days after receiving the new merchandise. Once a Distributor or Dealer has received an authorized RMA number, they must ship the new merchandise back to Valor Multimedia within 15 business days of the RMA number issue date.

 

Un-opened Box
For un-open box product, Valor will issue credit to customer after the product evaluation has been completed.
 
Opened Box
For open box product, Valor will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the total credit issue to the product.
                        
Warranty
Valor Multimedia warrants the product one year from the day of original purchase. (Warranty is not transferable)
                        
Product Registration
Valor’s product purchase by a consumer must register their product online or by mail within 60 days of the purchase date in order to receive a manufacturer one year limited warranty.
 
Dealer & Distributor shelf life
Dealer & Distributor will have one year shelf life warranty from the original purchased date.
 
Exchange & Warranty Life
All defective products can only be repair or exchanged with the same model. Valor Multimedia reserved the right to use remanufactured product or new product. All warranty exchange products will not renew its one year limited warranty coverage, but instead the product warranty life continues on from the original purchase date.  
 
Defective Product
Defective products purchase by a consumer within one year or less, must contact Valor’s RMA representative for the one year limited warranty service.  Dealer and Distributor display unit will only get one year limited warranty coverage. Distributor’s defective return will be given credit only, but this credit cannot be use for a refund in any form of payments, instead the credit can only be apply to a purchase order.
 
Customer Abuse
Any defect in the opinion of Valor Multimedia caused by customer abuse, misuse, installation damage,
or any other damages will not be cover under Valor’s warranty. If the customer request the product to be return, the customer will be responsible for the freight.
 
No Problem Found
Valor Multimedia will evaluate the product according to customer’s defective report. When a problem
cannot be found, Valor will contact the customer and re-evaluate the defective product the second times. 
If the reason is still cannot be reproduce, there will be no exchange. If the customer request the product to be return, the customer will be responsible for the freight.
 
Out of Warranty Product
Valor Multimedia will not accept any products that are out of warranty. Any out of warranty products ship back without informing Valor RMA representative will not receive any warranty service. If the customer request the product to be return, the customer will be responsible for the freight.
                        
Tampered Serial Number
If a product serial number was tampered, it will void manufacturer warranty coverage.The serial number of the returned product must be identifiable or else there will be no warranty. If the customer requests the product to be return, the customer will be responsible for the freight.
                        
 Non Valor Multimedia Product
If the returned product does not belong to Valor Multimedia, there will be no warranty.If the customer requests the product to be return, the customer will be responsible for the freight.
 
Unauthorized Return Item
All unauthorized return items may be rejected or returned to the sender, and the sender will beresponsible for the return freight.
 
Return process
 Customer needs to fill out a return application with defective reason.   After verifying, Valor Multimedia will issue an authorized RMA #. Customer needs to return the products within 15 days of RMA# issued date.
 
Return Package Requirement
Customer needs to write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package. The return package without the RMA # will be delay or refuse. Customer will be responsible for the status of their refuse package. All return products need to be pack properly to avoid delivery damage or else warranty is void.
 
Accessories
All the accessories must be return with the product. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the
missing parts. Valor will not be responsible for any non-Valor accessories returning with the product.  
 
Return Product Process Time 
Valor Multimedia will finish the return process within 30 business days.   When there is no inventory, Valor Multimedia will need to notify & discuss with customer within 5 business days after receiving the product.
